Peppermint oil can be used as a massage oil after a long day or from working out, just mix it with coconut or almond oil. You can also add peppermint oil to your bath for a little bit of a relaxation for yourself. My favorite way to use it is by adding a few drops in my diffuser at night to help me relax a little.
